Rodrigo Schiavo leads JH333 as CEO and President. Born in Assis, São Paulo, Brazil, he studied law at Estácio de Sá in Rio de Janeiro and São Marcos in São Paulo, and spent time in London in 1997 sharpening his English — early signs of a lifelong commitment to learning.

Moana Schiavo is Co-Founder and CFO of JH333. Born on the island of Maui, Hawaii, she studied Business Administration at the University of Fortaleza in Ceará, Brazil — where she later met Rodrigo and built a family.
Returning to Orlando in 2004, she developed deep expertise across mortgage and real estate, from new construction to bank foreclosures. Over more than fifteen years she has worked as a principal loan originator and broker — across financing, flips, foreclosure and trustee sales, lien analysis, property securing, post-acquisition work, commercial development, and property management.
In 2006 she co-founded Real Mortgage Group, representing more than 130 lenders and originating over $130 million in its first two and a half years. The 2008 crash became a hard but formative lesson. The years since have spanned more than 1,000 real estate transactions — including 200-plus courthouse acquisitions — and the founding of SVN Premier Capital Advisors, Infinity Private Fund, and Infinity Mortgage. She credits her achievements, and the goals still ahead, to her faith.
